Updates from Zepol and Quote in LIBN

It has been a very busy couple of weeks at Zepol. We never have had more people inquiring about what we can do to help their businesses. It is very encouraging to see that trade data users are more educated about what specific trade data providers can do for them than ever before. There has also been significant interest from the media about what we can show them for their specific niches’ (like seeing exactly what is happening in the fastener industry or for a local port). We were recently quoted in the Long Island Business News for a story about Irish imports. I will highlight more of these mentions of Zepol in our blog as they come.

Over the next couple of weeks, we will have several announcements explaining the latest numbers for U.S. Container traffic and the entire trade economy. Early next week, we will announce May’s container traffic numbers, which is the earliest indicator of how imports are fairing. Then on June 10th, when the U.S. Census Bureau releases their merchandise trade data, we will provide an update that highlights and analyzes the data. Because we have a powerful trade database, we can pull out detailed numbers that show exactly what is driving trade today.

Please look for more information next week here at www.zepol.com/blog.
