As Zepol’s Product Support Manager, I spend a significant amount of time talking with our customers and prospects. I always appreciate it when users are open about how we can make our tools better. Their feedback helps Zepol prioritize which enhancements will be developed and when.
When a customer or prospect makes a suggestion regarding how we could improve our trade data tools, Zepol’s Sales and Support teams notify the Development team. Every month, we tally the number of users that request each potential enhancement, and this helps us prioritize when to do what. So far this year, Zepol has released eleven major enhancements, and we’re not done for 2010.
It is important to listen to our customers. We want to keep users involved in the development process and create enhancements that will make their jobs easier.
